I have attended church all my life, for the most part a Baptist Church. I became a Christian at 81/2. I attended a Bible Church in college. I have taught 1-6 grades in Sunday School and Girls Mission Organizations. CUrrently I am teaching a ladies class in the 70-80 age group.
I graduated from Duncanville High School in 1970, and received a BA in government from The University of Texas in 1974. I worked at the Department of Human Resources in Austin from1974-1979 in the data processing division. I managed to complete 27 hours of computer science in that time. In August, 1979 I took a computer programming job at the Army Air Force Exchange Service in Southwest Dallas. I have been there for 29 years. My career has included computer documentation, programming, system programming, management in MVS/ZOS production management and IT policy and planning.
I live in Duncanville, Tx. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and an aquarium full of platys.
In December, 2002 I became a breast cancer survivor. It is now 6+ years!
