One of my phone handsets went missing this week during my shoulder surgery recovery.

I figured it ended up under a piece of furniture. Today, I started some very light housework. For me, a sign of getting better is not being able to just sit and watch TV. Early this evening, I decided to look for the missing handset by hitting the intercom button on the home base. This was so weird. As Nancy Grace started showing a landfill search for a baby, my missing handset beeped in the bottom of my 30 gallon trash can. I’m going to have to dump the trash, a process much like what the police are going through. That is something I can hold off doing until tomorrow.
